Trampoline Fitness Class
Our fitness classes combine fun cardio and plyometric drills with full body strength exercises using light to moderate weights and medicine balls. Be prepared for lots of squats, lunges, pushups, and various other full body movement such as mountain climbers, planks, and burpees! This is a fun, but challenging class that is suitable for anyone and any fitness level.
